I was drawn to your post like a moth is to a flame (I’m was a dark and haunted individual and I wallowed in it, I just loved being sad, blue and tormented — it’s all I knew). However, I’m learning to bring light into my space everyday now. It feels good to be contented and happy. I have never known such bliss (peace). Sometimes bad things happen to good people. There’s not very much else to say. If you are in a place that affords you an opportunity: please try to stay possitive! Your problems will melt away (at least in your mind). You should try to do all the things I know you don’t want to hear, take a calmming bath, get a massage, talk to someone you trust, take several brisk walks, etc. I hope you get the help you need.
