  So good luck to you on that. Keep up the drive, and I’m sure you’ll find the fulfillment you’re looking for.
  
  (Don’t worry too much about your source of income for all this, it’s all a means to an end. That’s the important thing, and if anything it’s probably better that it’s you. Someone who’s saving for a real honest reason.)

  Maybe a good jolt would liven your senses up, help you to “break out”? Like sky diving, something along those lines.

  My first “shot in the dark” so to speak, and I get such an obviously well thought out reply.
  
  I can’t say I’ve honestly thought of it quite in that sense. And it really does mean something to know there are people who do understand, whether they share my “traits” or not.

  While I can’t say I know exactly how you’re feeling, I have been going through something that could be considered similar in experience. It comes and goes so I’ve never been completely lost to it. But sometimes you want your dreams to be reality so badly you push your mind into blurring the lines (if only for a little while) and you have trouble truly differentiating things. Or maybe there’s simply an honest logical imbalance on a chemical level. Either way, I agree with everyone else, a doctor is the way to go. At least for the first step.
