  Have you told anyone? Teacher, mum, dad, anyone? They can help more then anyone.
  You are by no means the cause of any problems. Nothing is your fault and don’t let these *** holes tell you otherwise!
  
  Call Child Line on 0800 1111 They can give you a ear that will listen and some help. They do actually work so please don’t think they wont. I have used them when I was being bullied. They helped me mentally and gave me courage to tell someone what I was going though.
  Don’t suffer alone. Don’t let these *** holes do this to you!

  Ok from the sounds of it you don’t have multiple personalities disorder.
  What your experiencing is, unfortunately, nothing unusual. Although it feels like there is a darker side to your personality, it is something we all feel. It is part and parcel of being human. It’s horrible and scary but it is controllable.
  
  I sympathise with you because I know exactly what your going through as I have been there myself. It’s bloody scary as hell and in your mind you really feel ripped in two. This may sound sad but you feel that your better side (Good side) is loosing to the darker side.
  
  Thing is because you hurt from being bullied your on the defence all the time which can make you angry inside. That anger prepairs (Don’t worry I can’t spell either :-p ) you for any situation you may be put in.
  You need to learn how to calm yourself down and not to be on the defence all the time. Being depressed though, I can see why it would be a hard thing to do.
  
  Ok so lets start with the depression… My number one answer to that is to talk. To ANYONE! Teachers (Would be a good start as they can usually help you out with the bullying problem), Family, friends, even your local doctor (They wont give you medication if you don’t want it. They are also there to listen!), counsellors even but I know there not everyone’s piece of cake. It is down to you who you talk to. Tell the how you feel, what’s making you feel like this, what’s going on around you.
  They are all there to help so take them up on it and talk to them.
  
  Right now onto that aggression. You need to find a way to control that otherwise it will eat at you and you’ll only feel worse.
  I’ going to come up with some suggestions and I know that they will sound dumb but they do work. Try the out and see… When you feel yourself getting angry, take a few really deep breaths. Each time you take a deep breath in hold it for a second then breath out slowly (I wont say try counting down from 10, unless you want to, because that drove me up the wall and made it so much worse). Think of something really nice, a memory of happier times, or of a holiday with your family, or even this new girl your interested in.
  Think of what would happen if you took the destructive root and beat this bully up again. Would you have gained anything? Would you really feel happier after hitting them? After all you have already hit them once and you still feel low. So what would be the difference? You end up in trouble with the school. All from just hitting this jerk who, lets face it, will end up in the gutter some time in the future.
  
  They will keep pushing you. They want that response but be the better person and don’t give it to them. Just walk away from them every time they start to get to you. Tell someone that they are getting to you!
  Don’t put up with being bullied but don’t retaliate. You said you defend yourself well good. Keep it up but please don’t go overboard. Defend means to protect yourself from harm not beat them to a bloody pulp.
  One ore thing. Don’t hit them because you are angry. Or because you want revenge for the hurt they have caused you. Don’t hit them at all. Defend yourself with a clear mind. Then you can stay in control of your actions.

  If/when you write other stories, put them up on here for others to read. They will read it. Ok not all of them will answer but then sometimes people just want to read.

  Women’s hormones go up and down. Believe me I can be emotional at times.
  Women are worse usually before or during there time of the month. Not nice to hear I know but that’s how it is I’m afraid. She could just be having a very off week. From what you’ve explained she has told you that she’s feeling off. Maybe she knows she’s a grouch at the moment but doesn’t understand why. WHATEVER YOU DO DON’T TELL HER YOU THINK IT’S HER HORMONES. You’ll get slapped for sure.
  Talk to her. Try and sort out the problem. Wait it out a while as well. If after a few weeks it’s still the same then you seriously need to ask yourself is it worth being together if your both miserable.

  P.S. Women are hormonally worse when there a teen. I know I was a right Bit** when I was a teen. Like to think I’m a lot calmer now.

  You can’t change a person. Don’t try. She might be feeling guilty if she has cheated on you in the past. She might have low self esteem because of it.
  But you deserve better. If your heart is telling you it’s over then you have to leave her no matter how long you both have been going out. If your both miserable is it worth carrying on?
  There is only so much a person can do to make the other person happy. Don’t drain yourself out.
  Your girlfriend seems very emotional. It could be her hormones are very up in the air at the moment.

  Well I had a talk with my boyfriend and he was ok with the dreams. They didn’t fuss him at all. He wondered why I didn’t tell him sooner and I told him that I was worried about his reactions.
  He can’t really help me with the moods or how I was feeling but he could be there to give me a cuddle when I needed it.
  
  Right now I have stopped taking the pill after feeling worse the next day. Since then everything has gone. I don’t feel down, I don’t feel so ill and I’m sleeping better. I reckon the pill was to blame for all my upsets.
  
  It’s amazing how something so small, A medicine to help you and prevent you getting pregnant can cause such a upset.
  
  Anyway that’s all I have to say. Just thought I’d keep you all updated.
