Haha thanks. Its a unit from a game I ended up spending too much time playing and getting ridiculously good at.

well the atkins diet is simply that…a diet…it’s a fad it has died down a lot how ever the concept is great…high protein low carbs but it also depends on how a persons body reacts to carbs…me if i dont have carbs before or after a work out i get very dissy and carbs help make your muscles look fuller anyways you got to portion it…to me to lose weight you must change the life style…i dont know but does the atkins diet include fruits and vegetables?

First I told you the truth about the Atkins diet; and when you said you didn’t want to know the truth about the Atkins diet I told you what you wanted to hear.

I fail to see how that makes me a jerk; first I tried to help you than I told you what you wanted to hear. That’s called being nice.

Now if you don’t want to know the truth about the Atkins diet being a fad and that the only intelligent way to loss weight long term is to recondition your self to eat properly and exercises than that is up to you.

Don’t come to a help sight expect people to tell you what you want to hear.

Have fun with your diet and when you begin to eat normal again have fun with your weight gain.

haha.. when i say organized it’s more like: on myspace you could do anything to decorate it change background, font, the cursor.. and other stuff so it’s all messy.. but on facebook you can’t do so much so it’s not as messy.

But yes, in a way.. they can stalk you in a more organized fashion xD

they seem to have the same concept.
