Well, if you don’t like when a guy touches you, counteract it. If he touches your leg, grab his hand like you’re holding it, do a cute little smile, and put his hand back where it belongs. The joking is good, too, so they’ll know you’re aware of what they’re doing. If it gets to the point where he’s harassing you, just LEAVE. Any guy with respect for women would have stopped at this point.

Well, I’m afraid there’s not much you can do here. She’s married someone else, and she seems to be happy…I think it’s time to move on. It will be hard to forget about her, but believe me, you’ll be much better off in the long run. You’ll find someone, I promise!

Well, it depends on the woman. In fact, I think most like to see at least a little vulnerability—it makes us feel more comfortable around guys that aren’t incredibly macho-tough all the time.

I suggest you talk to your teacher and explain your situation, he/she may be able to meet you during lunchtime or after school and help you out. If you feel awkward talking to a teacher, you could also ask someone else who’s in the class (and seems to know what they’re doing) for tutoring. If they’re your friend, great. If you hardly know them, hey, you might make a new friend out of it!
