  You’re asking for proof of a RELIGION. Religions are created by humans. The very fact that there is such thing as Christianity and Buddhism etc. proves their existence.
  
  If you’re wanting proof of a higher power, then I can give you this much: I’ve experienced miracles throughout my entire life, and not in a kooky, up-my-meds kind of way. I’ve experienced miracles that are practical and worth remembering… things that could never have happened on their own, or because of another person. For example, my younger sister’s kidney’s hadn’t functioned normally for the first nine years of her life, generally functioning between 15 and 25% - unless you count the multiple times where one of her kidneys actually ceased to function, forcing the other to increase the levels it functioned at. For years, the doctors were unable to do anything other than put her on a waiting list for a transplant. She was weeks from getting a transplant when her kidneys began functioning normally again, completely of their own accord. Since then, she hasn’t had ANY problems with her kidneys. I don’t know what YOU would call that; I call it a miracle.

  Hey, sweetie. From what you’ve said, your family has a bit of a weight problem as well - right? If that’s so, then there may be more to your extra weight than meets the eye. Try talking to your doctor about it. Let him/her know that you’re not happy with your weight and you want to make a change, and tell him/her about the difficulties you’ve had losing weight. You’re still young, so it won’t be as hard to lose weight now if you make a serious commitment to it.
  
  People aren’t lying when they say diet (without the pills) and exercise (that makes you sweat) will slim you down. Like intangiblemissxo said, you’ll feel better about yourself once you focus on the things you love about yourself and your life, as opposed to the things that make you feel frustrated. So just keep swimming ;)
