I too am a photographer..BUT.. never once did I ever ask PC posters for either advice or money for a start-up business. Is this what this world is coming too..the asking of money or “how to do it” the easy way??
He hasn’t asked for a hand out. He is seeking capital just like trillions of businesses that came before him. He is also looking for information about his business just like trillions of entrepreneurs that came before him have. The internet is a powerful tool to do both.
If you haven’t tried to gain capital or asked for information about running a business I would suggest your company is not leveraging important business tools.

Ok I’ll add one;
Perhaps it has to do with the fact that the interconnectivity of electronic devices we think of as the internet (plus all the privet and public intranets) is much larger then just the world wide web.
So a “site” is any page or application or area (what ever) that contains electronic information in the over all monster of connectivity; where as a ‘website’ is a subgroup of this thing called a ‘site’ that exists on the world wide web.
Practically speaking; here at work we have a homepage setup on our intranet (and many many other pages dedicated to different functions of the business), now these pages aren’t published on the world wide web, you have to be in our buildings to access them. Now these pages are ‘sites’ but they aren’t ‘websites’ because they aren’t on the web.

They are jealous, girls get that way sometimes when one from the group gets a boy friend and starts to become more distant to the group because of it.
