We tend to think that Jesus went through life without suffering the inner difficulties and trials to which we are all subject. Yet he was fully human. In John’s Gospel, after he had multiplied the loaves for the people, the crows wanted to make him King (Jn.6:15) and, later, his relations wanted him to leave the backwoods of Galilee and go to Judaea, where he could show himself of as a “STAR” (Jn.7:1-90. Was he tempted? The account of Jesus’ temptations in Matthew would seem to indicate that he was (Mt.4:1-11). During his ministry, Jesus gathered friends around him to be his trusted companions. In Gethsemane, as he went through his agony, some of them were with him, although asleep most of the time. None the less, he loved them. Today, Jesus invites us to be present to him in the members of his Body, the Church. We are encouraged to gather as a community, present to our brothers and sisters. We are invited to be Christ’s Hands and Feet on earth and to see the face of Jesus in each human being who might need us to stay close by watch awhile.
For most of the human race security grows within the family, which is a safe place, able to absorb hurts and heal them without judging. The Bible is a book about the family, God’s Family. It is not about getting it right all the time, and being upstanding and perfect, but about forgiving, and being a base to which members return, a secure setting in which they can rebel, relax and find their own identity. Each generation is a new phenomenon, unlike its elders, and therefore a worry to parents. The people of GOD do not create an oasis of perfect living, but rather a real home, the one place that all can come back to without fear of rejection. Jesus’ strongest metaphor for GOD was as father of the Prodigal Son, trying to hold the law-abiding big brother and the crazy prodigal together in the one household.

I am at my wits end. I am being challenged at epic proportion: My Name is Johnnie Lee White. I also have been given the opportunity and or privilege that allow myself to acknowlege a Living Christianity Practice.
HISTORY: On or about 10 maybe 17, 1993, I was given the opportunity to take residence in the city of Hampton, VA through the VAMC. ON 09231996, I received a grand larceny charge in the city of Norfolk, VA. On 07101997 I received a second grand larceny charge in the city of Hampton, VA. The nature of the crime is scrape metal cast iron. From 07101997 to 01232006 I was in and out of the system on probation violations. Do to the fact the state had no leverage, I had to obtain a place to go on my own while in the system, I choose a discipleship program in Richmond, VA. I was accepted if; I would discontinue my mental health medication.
In the meanwhile I under the care of my primary care provided I did, so I could get in the program. I started the program 01242006. On the last Tuesday of May, my primary care provided inform me that I was not the same person that I was when they met me in 01242006 also the program director was informed that I had to get back on my mental health medication. Their reaction was to terminate my studies. I had no ideal as to what to do with this challenge, on 06012006 I was put on the street of Richmond, VA. From 06012006 to 072007 now here are the agencies that allowed me to get through it, until how.
Okay the agencies from 06012006 to 072007 now, central intakes, catholic charities. The Daily Planet, Salvation Army, Home Again, project strive, Boaz and Ruth, Oxford House. Boaz and Ruth has a contact with the city of Richmond, The Department of Public Work, the solid waste division, that is how my independence starter until I pinch a nerve in my left side and damage laments in my right feet. That meant I couldn’t work, that meant all the monies I had saved was going to be sender on maintaining housing and food. On 01152007 I moved to the Oxford House this was before the injuries. Oxford House a control environment. After being allowed to become close to two month in back rent , they voted to evict. Yet while all of this was going on all the agencies would redirect me to other agencies the loop to keep the numbers.
Fan Free Clinic told me they couldn’t help because the Oxford House is a transitional resident. And the only way they could assist me I had to be a client for ninety days. From 03202007 to 06072007 NO WORK injuries was challenge by the workmen’s compensation way of filing an accident. Now I am in the loop again, 04182007 to 05072007. The agency and or case manager at Home Again arrange for me an opportunity to share my concerns and or to be seen at the Salvation Army. On 05072007 to 06182007 I was given an opportunity of residency in Salvation Army Grace Street Richmond, Virginia. I file a request for an extension, needless to say I was denied. If I had been given the extended time required I would have obtain my own residents and or possible permanent employment with the city of Richmond, Virginia. I had other financial obligations also, well here I am.
Here’s the academics of the circumstance, is this perceived threat or a perceived opportunity. Fan Free Clinic will assist to bring me in, if I can show them, that I have X funding. This way, they will cover me for seven to ten month rent. Then I will have a given opportunity to address gratitude to those that assist me and continual to pursue permanent employment with the City of Richmond, VA.

Welcome at Church? Three couples–one elderly, one middle-aged and one newlywed–wanted to join a church. The priest said, “We have special requirements for new parishioners. You must abstain from having sex for two weeks.” The couples all agreed and came back at the end of two weeks.
