I forgot the scientic name but the abbreviation is SAMe, pronounced “Sammy”. I think that there are two types you can get, both are exactly the same except one is more expensive. You can get it over the counter, I don’t think you need a perscription. The title of the bottle of it I have is called “Mood manager” or “Thompsons mood manager”. = )
