  I have the answer….I am also a Christian and have been in this situation (different prayers however same situation). I felt God wasn’t listening to me so I gave up, until one day when I was at revival the preacher was preaching and I heard God talking to me. Then and there I felt that God had been listening to me and will always listen to me… God will answer your prayers in time. Just be patient. There are reasons for God to deny you what you ask…Everything has a reason. God may be holding out to give you a job that you will love (but this job may not come along until later) and God may want you to learn something from this girl rejecting you. Just remember God has a plan for your life…He loves you and He knows what is best for you…so dont give up and keep praying…let God know (even though he already knows) that you know that the things you are praying for are for your own benefit but you would still love it if he grants you this!! (God wants to hear this from you) Anyway I hope this helps!! God Bless forever and always.

  ydrghxfghxft, if you were born gay would you want the same thing said about you? if the problem was not about gays and it was about straights, would you want the same thing said about you? God says that all sin is equal, I am pretty sure you have lied once in your lifetime or commited some sort of sin…should you die a long painful lonely death?

  i am going through about the same situation….i am sorry. the Bible clearly states that it is wrong to be gay…i dont understand why, and i am struggling at the fact to have to believe it is wrong but i do…all i can tell you is to pray hard to God to give you the wisdom to understand and to help your son…the only thing that can change your son is himself…he has to have a want to change…you can help him by praying, accepting him, and talking to him about changing. keep in contact with me ((email removed))and tell me how it is going..maybe we can help each other :) I wish you all the best!
