I don’t think there is anything for it really as its all based on the seasons, google it there should be more advice there than I can give, S.A.D

haha.. you mad shouter you. ;) SAD.. never heard of that! But I think I do. My mom tells me I always start feeling low in September. Every year I want to quit school and move somewhere new..

Is there anything you can do about if? Maybe take a sunbed? Or Vitamin D pills? Depression runs in my family. My mom and Brother have it.

Maybe you have that condition called SAD, seasonal depression, where the change from sunny to cloudy makes you feel low, I know a few people who are like that so maybe you are just a summer person :)

Ah that souds nice. :) I see you live in Wales! My mom is from Wales.. landaff, it’s around the corner from Cardiff.

Yeah, what I have to learn is to be content with myself. September/Oktober are tricky months for me, I always seem to get very down and depressed.. :S

Unfortunatly that is apart of life, but at least you know that the people that are still in your life are the ones that will stick with you :D
