  Hard to answer, this is your feeling. Music is the only information I have. May be you want to create something ? An other idea is take time to think on what is important for you at the moment, getting more time to think on your priorities.
  
  The only real answear is self discipline : choice what you will eat one day before, beeing realist with the objective. don’t give up when it dos not function, just find why it did not. the fact you are looking for help is already a step. You want to do somthing. Try various solution and learn the one which will work for you.

  Just ask her for a talk to have an occasion to justify yourself. My english is not very good (as you can read) so I did not rally understand what you did to her but I imagine you have been “too friendly”. This was a negative a bad fact, you must create positives ones in balance knowing one bad fact destroy many positives ones as usual.
  
  Pay attention to her, hear what she has to tell you, seems she is hungry, so get ready hearing unconfortable things.

  The general idea is change an habit for an other. You nead pleasure food gives you, change it for an other one (drinking is not the one I think of ;-)))

  What is your windows or linux version ?
  Tere are some programmes able to find what you deleted, even from the bein, but not easy to find neither to use. This was quite easy with DOS, and I heard about solution with Windows, but thik text is easier to find than pictures.
