  i will look into thta.. the laws are kinda different over here in ireland and ive been trying to look for professional adviceon the net, or evenlaws about harrassment or verbal abuse and i cant seem to find anything that helps..

  jesus, that took me ages to read! but i read every bit, cos i know exactly how complicated these things can get.. ive been in a similiar position and i think you should tell him.. but dont get your hopes up for him to dump his current girl for you after him getting hurt so bad in the past..
