so you have a phobia? I’ve dealt with different phobias throughout my life and with those of my sister who lost her three year old boy recently. The best way to get rid of these is to repeat and go over inside your head that what are you afraid of is irrational. Do you eat healthy? excercise? you’ve got to be the boss and feed the positive into that brain of yours. your body will react to those vibes.

General anxiety throughout the day caused by an extreme fear of being sick. I just lost a loved one but, not by death. Panic attacks are frequent throughout the day lasting from 10 minutes to hours.

Monique, just between you and me be very careful of this person, I do not think this person is who, what, he or she seems to be. Which is a very dangerous trait. By reading this and logistics post I believe that these two are one and the same. Be be very careful I have already gotten in trouble due to one them. Go back and reread both post and you will see the similiarities between the two, that will make you think very hard about what I just point out to you. Yes this person likes to insult, read the post about how Rocky was treated after the server crashed. And nothing was done to this person and I do not understand why. Not interesting in probing … I prefer for people to be open. It’s too much of an investment, too much work. I prefer people who are open and direct. Man, it’s just easier to have relationshipos with them.
