i found your reply about sleep paralysis interesting. in my case it only happened once and i didn’t have other sleep problems. i still believe what i went through was a form of mental illness, with some similarities to jerusalem syndrome.

Aww shucks! Thanks for the compliment. As a person reaching 40 who’s been through a bit of crap in my life it’s nice to know I can maybe help people out with some of my learnt lessons.
