Ms. Muffin, I was happy to offer advice. I used to raise bettas. Here’s a little follow-up for if you do take it “on the road”… rather than just putting the towel/baggies in a “box”, probably would be wiser to put ‘em inside the aquarium. If the bag’s were to leak, you’d have a mess. Also, you want to pack an emergency jar of the same water and a few spare baggies. If the trip takes more than a day, you might want to open the baggie for a few minutes to allow fresh air to replace the stale air. Do this in a warm room. ~ Ciao!

yes i tried. here is the problem. since it thinks i set my password already it is asking me to enter a password that it knows but i don’t. therefore i can’t re-set it. if i try to just start entering passwords it keeps rejecting me. that is why i need inner tech support but thanks. can you help anymore?
