  That’s true.
  It sounds ironic coming from me, but look at how beautiful the world is. Look at all the things we have.
  Just being able to read this post and write an answer back makes us better off than so many others.
  Happiness doesn’t come on its own, but I think what more people need to realise is that the world can be a truly beautiful place if we just take the time to think about it.
  Sorry for ranting.

  Well…I don’t know what to say. That is some story.
  
  It makes me so sad to hear what you’re feeling. To be separated from your family is one thing but to have to go through all those difficulites with your daughter and your finaces on top of it would make it unbearable. I can’t even imagine what you go through every day.
  
  My help to you would be: stay strong for your family. Don’t let them down. Even if the worst happens, love them and let them know you love them every day. Most of all, don’t let yourself down. Keep fighting for yourself so that you can see your kids grow up and be reunited with your wife. If your mum can’t see how important your situation is, don’t listen to her. Don’t take to heart any cruel words. It isn’t your fault you are in this situation.
  
  Bad things happen all the time. Some people say you can’t do anything about it. You’ve proved you can by staying strong, keeping at your job and trying to reconcile family disputes.
  
  I hope you are reunited with your family soon. I wish you that more than anything. But I also wish you peace of mind. Be at peace with yourself. And always know that you have someone watching over you…

  How often does this occur (her getting upset)?
  If it has been happening continuously for a few weeks, she may have a depressive illness.
  If it only happens when your parents fight then she is most probably having a reation to the tension between them, it is not unusual but can still be quite serious.
  If she is saying that she wants to die and can’t take it anymore then that is a sign that she is feeling quite low.
  All you can really do is try and be there for her, show her as much affection as you can.
  If it continues to happen, I would talk to her about seeing a doctor - but even that in itself could make her upset.
  She herself has to know how bad she feels and take action, but it normally isn’t that easy with people who have depression, a lot of them are scared of identifying the fact that they need help.
  In the meantime, stick by your mum.
  Let her know you are worried about her, you love her and you are someone she can confide in.
  And take care of yourself too.

  I know how you feel in a way, I have horrible self-esteem also.
  But you really have to pick yourself up and start thinking positively as much as you can.

  Well, I think you’ll only really know if you are something if you feel it yourself.
  If you truly feel that you are conceited, you may be.
  But are you sure this isn’t just part of the whole self-esteem thing?
