London is a must-see really - the london eye is good, and there’s all the touristy things. there’s so many different places really… uh… scotlamd has edinburugh which apparently very nice and northern ireland has a stunning north coast. wales… i don’t know what the purpose of wales is to be honest…
i just sent this shout to myself… i’m too tired as it’s 1 in the morning here so i’m gonna go to bed. good night!
oh good. yes, many have the impression that they’re over-bearing, loud-mouthed, ignorant etc. and people then make generalisations. but if you’re polite then folk will be delighted to welcome another tourist.
lol, i must warn you, the Victorians are gone and not everyone in England speaks like the Queen.
Still a lovely place though.
As is the rest of Britain and Ireland.
once we ordered all our food in an american restaurant with chips and the waiter looked at us strangely and all the meals came back with crisps…
stupid trans-atlantic language barrier…
*sigh* i have to remove the image of flying buffalo from my mind now. right, i’ve heard of the city of Buffalo.
Now i need to ask if hot sauce is a specific American sauce or just any spicy sauce.
lol. no, they aren’t buffalo…they come from the city of Buffalo, New York. :) they are chicken wings coated in hot sauce…and quite tasty! http://www.basils-pizza.com/Pictures/…
um well soda bread is a form of bread. made of soda i assume :S. Black pudding and white pudding are made of blood - i don’t eat them myself. well, not often.
it’s a Northern Irish and Irish food, commonly eaten in an “Ulster Fry,” probably the world’s most fattening breakfast. It goes with sausages, beans, bacon, sodabread, black pudding and white pudding.
most of all it tastes GOOOOOD.
*cough*
um…so…
