You are a beautiful person. You have long hair, and appear to look good. You say you are not flattering and this is a nice and lucky pose which show that you look to my opinion so beautiful.
You do know that a lot of people probably look at you and think, darn she looks so good. And you might see ow i do not look good i look this and that i look bad. It is only what matters to you in your mind that matters not that i think you look so pretty. Or how much i think you have pretty hair!!
You have to love yourself, sounds retarded or you might hear this very often. But that is true.
I do hope that you sit down and see how beautiful you are inside and out with or without flaws. I love that i have a button nose.Flaws are what makes us distinguishable sassy. Its what makes you exotic to another who is so accustomed to one look of woman.

Human Loving exercise I do: I get naked, No clothing, no hair appliance no glasses nothing. No sandals NADA nothing. I close my eyes feel the floor under my feet. Wiggle my toes, and smile when you are doing this i do not care if you have to fake it SMILE!!! Fake it till you make it.
Than I sashay, I have my eyes closed dancing naked in front of the mirror. than open my eyes and smile at myself, I wink at myself and just start dancing!! twirl, swing your hips left and right. Ow its just me. i love doing that and that makes me feel great and appreciate myself and body. some people do not have hands, feet, hair. they have skin discolorations and so much that even renders them to tears. And i find I am blessed and have a FREAKING awesome body that can walk, job, dance. wiggle my toes!!!

I believe most people have already told you the whole “depend on yourself for sometimes its not good to rely on others, and the maybe their bz” or “some of people are (blank insert)”
Like most I will say that people are wonderful. There is not a thing wrong with them, but people are all those emotions and they all have their lives and expectations of themselves and others. And some are givers and not takers and vice versa.
My thoughts are you have to believe in yourself as some has said here. Friends are nice and comforting to have. And it is very important to have for support and such but thats all you need to have them there for in your mind. If just a big if you were to have a flat tire and its raining outside.
You would think ow shitzel i have no spare, and non thingy to crank up the car and its raining. Well you had thee worst day of your life!! This my dear is where you did something wrong. You did not know you would have a flat. But You should have had the spare and had the knowledge and equipment.
So STOP!!!!!!
Whatever you are feeling annoyance just stop. And learn and Grow from this ordeal ok? Its always easy to say and hard to do.
So Believe in yourself, I believe you are an amazing person. And once you start with yourself. You might find as you grow and progress you will accumulate friends. True friends. And the ironic thing is you might never really need them.
