  I was driving to school, and I was thinking about what everyone on help.com was saying. I knew I couldn’t keep trying to help people, if I didn’t help myself. I want WORLD PEACE, it starts with PERSONAL PEACE. I knew I was going to say it sometime, but I knew that it would never happen, if I didn’t JUST SAY IT. I called her at work:

  “hello?”
  
  “HEY MOM.”

  “HEY…. . . .I FOUND MYSELF YESTERDAY.”

  “I FOUND MYSELF ON THE INTERNET - on a web site.”

  Well, Brittany said that she doesn’t want ANYTHING to do with me. She is making it sound like, if I sign over my rights, then I won’t have to pay child support, if I don’t I will. I do want to know my daughter, so it would suck if I never did, but I know I could go on with my life, I guess I am just trying to get the idea of having a dughter into my head. What kind of contact would I have with her if I pay child support? Is it always 50/50, or would it be one of those weekend situations. This is all so complicated. When I say that I want what is best for the child, I mean it. I just wonder if it is better for a child to be split between families, or to be in just one (Brittany’s)? Brittany is financially set, and has the resources to take care of the kid, so she makes it sound like she does not even want the support, because that would mean I am still a small part of their lives. I am starting to think that I do want to pay, and I do want to be there for MY DAUGHTER.
