I saw the dark knight, I loved the acting on ledgers part, I thought the storyline was pretty full of angst, I enjoyed it, but felt like my face was being slowly scraped along sandpaper during some of the scenes.
Hellboy 2 was pretty good, I like Guillermo del Toro’s movies, I think e can convey a great magical tale. I was unimpressed at the ending, and thought that the story between hell boy and his girlfriend was a little clique.
I have seen several other movies in theater, but nothing that I would put in a 3rd slot, the only one that comes close would be the new indiana jones movie, but in truth, it kinda sucked.

The most important things that I look for in employees are if they can learn, teach and improve, show up on time every time, and if they have a good attitude, passion for the job, knowledge and fit in with the existing team.

I will ask questions that tell me if the person gets along with co-workers, if the person responds well to criticisms and if they are using illegal substances.

Typically when I am conducting an interview I will ask about relevant job experience and the interviewee availability, I will ask if previous employers would re-hire you, and if you have ever walked off a job, I will test the persons knowledge of the job duties, I will ask about how many times they have been late, and if they have been fired before.

What should be in a first aid kit? I normally use duct tape and super glue.
