  hey thanks so much. I’m having more good days….I just judge myself really harshly. I hate myself if I don’t act perfectly….and I don’t hang out with many people…feel kinda miserable cuz my friend prty much told me she didn’t want to hang out with me….idk then i look on facebook and i don’t get any comments….it’s kind of depressing cuz it’s high school….i just want to be like the people i see hanging out with their friends and having fun….it’s hard. I appreciate your advice though. im trying. but i hate my life at the moment and im feeling a TON of pain….just inside………hard to explain. i just wish somebody other than my family cared

  hey well I’m doing okay. I’m trying to channel my high anxiety into exercise and stuff like that but it’s not as easy as it seems….yes it did help and I’m bummed that I haven’t written down stuff yet…it’s just that I’m so busy and I’m exhausted by the time I get to bed….I’ll write a note to myself to do it tonite.
  it’s just funny because at school I play the part of the scatter brained confused girl who is always super nice to anybody and everybody…at home I’m the sarcastic, nasty girl who battles her little sister all the time because she tries to ‘dominate’ me. I feel like she’s the root of my problems. I just don’t know how to handle her everytime she does things: she’s really fake and she’ll say something really inappropriate or something and then she’ll be like: what’s wrong? you should be glad I even feel comfortable enough around you to say that! isn’t that insane? sometimes I hate her. she’s 2 years younger than me and I seem to be more immature than she is. She’s had boyfriends…she wears a ton of makeup…she deprives herself of food….she knows how to handle adverse situations….she flirts with everyone….she’s bubbly….she looks OLDER than me…and she’s always happy…and she SHOULDn’t be! that’s just the truth. I wish I could pity her and be a good big sister to her…but she won’t let me! idk…i want to get out of my house so badly…but I don’t have anywhere to go to, I want to be more mature than she is…I’ll try to make that a goal today. I hate how stupid and petty my life is.
  bublgum: is the reason you tried because you would rather go out anonymously and have nobody know the real issues that you have…because that’ll be the one significant mark you can make…the one thing that can make people look back and see something more than one dimension? because that’s what I want sometimes…I never would! don’t think I would I just think about that sometimes…if people finally knew you know?
