Hi Vereonica, as you know there are quite a few reasons you can have nausea.
Gallbladder problems, allergies, not eating right, not getting any exercise, stress, heart problems, appendix problems, gastritis, and many others.
Some of my blood pressure meds cause my nausea, I believe. Make sure you
eat before you take ANY medications. Too much coffee makes me nauseous too.
Not having a busy routine, but lying around can make you sick - I’ve been there,
when I wasn’t working. I’d get sick every day. Eat vegetables and fruit every day and NOT a lot of carbs, ie: potatoes, rice, white bread, cake, candy, ice cream.
Carbs is what keeps the fat on you and adds more, and too many can really make you sick. Lean meat and veggies, and fruit, and sugar-free drinks - these I try to eat instead of the fattening carbs. Hope this helps some. See a doctor. EL

I make chicken and vegetable soup often, using the wonderful veggies in the large frozen bags at Wal-Mart. It not only makes you feel better but is a wonderful way to NOT ever have constipation. Trust me! I cut up 2 or 3 chicken breasts into bite-sized pieces, and as they are cooking in a little healthy cooking oil, I dice an onion, add that, then pour out a good amount of the frozen veggies, and nuke them for 2 or 3 minutes so they’ll be soft enough to cut up, cut them into bite-sized pieces, add to the pot, add a can of Italian diced tomatoes (cheap at Wal-Mart- their brand) and add 2 or 3 cans of water after the tomatoes, add several kinds of seasoning - about 3 spoonfuls of loose chicken bouillon - which I buy cheap at the Dollar Tree, and it’s wonderful. I get the chicken seasoning there too. Add about 1/2 teaspoon of orageno, thyme, cummin, salt, and pepper, and maybe a little powdered garlic, and sometimes one or two more seasonings, and I’m telling you - you have some GOOD soup that is SO healthy. If you eat no veggies, and only eat carbs, you will NOT be healthy, nor regular, and you’ll feel terrible. Just let the soup cook another 20 minutes and it’s ready. Try it;
it’s marvelous! and taste SO good !! MimiEm

My gosh! Each one of these diseases requires a different medicine, and they won’t work overnight. Sounds like you’ve been in some unsanitary situations, maybe. ??
As you know, alcohol can further damage your liver and make you VERY ill, and possible worse. Take your meds, eat right and live in a clean environment. Stay away from diseased people and get enough rest. Living right can keep your healthy, I just hope it’s not too late for you. Take care. MimiEm
2007-11-19 22:52:37 on I am writing a paper and I need to know why chemistry is related to nursing?
You don’t need to know chemistry to be a good nurse. All the crap you have to take is just to prove you have it in you to hang in there and finish something difficult. If you can’t make it in education, you probably don’t have the “smarts” to be a nurse. Are you sure you want to be a nurse? It’s such a drag. Nothing magical about it. It’s a lot of very hard work, and stress. After a couple of years you’ll wonder why in the world you ever thought you wanted to do this. Well, maybe you’ll feel differently. But every fellow-nurse I’ve ever met wish they’d done something else. An RN in NC

Nausea can be caused by so many things. It could be your gall bladder acting up-that usually doesn’t happen with really young people, but it’s possible. You could have a stress ulcer ( a sore in your stomach or intestines), it could be swallowing a lot of phlegm due to allergy drainage, it could be stress - yes! it could. You could be allergic to wheat or some other food, yes, pregnancy, some meds, like antibiotics, make you nauseous, esp. on an empty stomach, and some other meds too, not eating the right foods, coffee sometimes makes me nauseous, even though I love it, Vitamins make my daughter nauseous, appendicitis can cause nausea,- are you tender in the lower right quadrant of your stomach, down near your right leg?. Oh, so many things. If your gall bladder tubes are stopped up and you are not shooting out enough bile, to help digest certain foods, that can make you sick. Only a doctor can determine what’s wrong. So if this doesn’t go away very soon, go see a doctor. Live is too short to be miserable. You’re worth more than that. A retired RN in NC.
