Mini-Profile
I was born and raised in Hammonton, NJ where I attended Hammonton High School. I enlisted in the NJ Air National Guard while in high school and was sent to Lackland, TX for basic training upon graduation.
While on active duty I attended the Still PhotoSpecialist School at Lowry AFB in Denver Colorado, Photojournalism Short Course (also at Lowry) and Combat Training at Camp Bullis, TX.
I took several college courses in photography as well as worked for numerous studios, the most prestigious of them being DeJon Photography of Absecon, NJ.
While I did work primarily as a photographer, when I married in 1980 I took a job with the Sheriff’s Office where I retired from in 2006 as a Captain doing internal affairs.
I am an ordained minister and currently work part time as an armed security officer as well as doing photography, website design and computer graphics.
I am Executive Director of Media in Ministry, a NJ Non Profit Corporation that specializes in working with churches, Christian and non-profit groups. Through Media in Ministry I help with website design, photography, graphics and technology.
While my focus is definitely the church media section I do work for others on occassion in those areas.
I am also an ordained minister and born again Christian.
