Hello there. My name is Clement, and I’ll be glad to help with topics related to food and cooking. I currently maintain a food blog called A La Cuisine! and I love to cook and experiment in the kitchen. I’m particularly fascinated by the ingredients, techniques, and processes that make what we eat taste mediocre, good, great, or incredible. I like to think of dining as an experience, and believe that a great meal is much more than simply the sum of great food and service. I’m by no means an expert in all areas, so if I can’t answer your question offhand, I will gladly scour my resources for you, or at least point you in the right direction.
