ooh. i don’t think shoegaze is a goth thing at all. (sorry i tend to jump around a lot in musical discussions). it was used in the grunge-90s-era. i think a defining characteristic of shoegaze is that the vocals are very soft & usually the lyrics usually don’t mean much. & then yeah, the guitar is very fuzzy/loud/echoey to create a dreamy effect. (lol my less-than-technical definition).

Remember i’m older, haha i do think that refers to something like a echo machine used in addition to a guitar to obtain a certain sound to drive the melodies of song usaully used on the rhythym guitar. sorry for rambling but i love music.

You know it’s not just a goth thing, i think oasis used it alot!!!

What Up!!!!!!!

Wouldn’t you know as soon as i signed the new lease to this house i got a job relocation offer for the company i work for.
The job is in Ocala,fl which is like 300 hundred miles north of hear. I’ve only worked for these guys for a little over a month. So i’m supposed to meet with a regional manager next week and if i still want the job i have to sub-lease the new place. Funny how life works.

I do want to move back to that area.
