Doing some research for a business concept. I have designed an international internet concept that will allow minors (and adults) to make legitimate money online. We are taking it to 140 countries. Therefore I need a bit of info with reference to the US take on this? Please answer this question for me if anyone of you can: May I pay a 13 year old minor (in the US) a substantial reward (Money) for giving me a business lead that generated good business for me?
Something like a referral fee? Is this legal and is there a limit? What would the procedures be? May a minor do part time work in the US? At what age can a minor get a bank account in the US? Please help! (This is not a scam and I am just doing research. Please do not waste my time if you do not have a legitimate answer for me). However, if you have an answer for anyone of these questions please answer. Thank you!
