TheIrishLad's Top (1) Replies by other users' votesive made some real friends over here, people that literally saved my life. i want to go home so bad because im worried i will lose myself or something but if i go home i will constantly be worried about my friends over here and that im a coward and abonded them. i have so many different feelings and i dont know how to deal with them. i talked to a soldier that was on his second deployment and it was his choice because he couldnt deal with the normal life anymore. i remember his exact words “the army trains you how to kill, but doesnt train you how to return home to the normality of life”…i have no idea how to deal with all these different emotions.
