  i don’t even know what to say; that sounds so scary..
  PLEASE SEEK HELP. if you’re at the point where you don’t care about your weight anymore doesn’t it make sense to have someone help you make a life of good things? as long as you can still see, and enjoy life… it is not too late….

  i’m back and fully recovered… i think. for about 2 months now. i think that may be the end of it for me.
  it’s like anon says sort of; i just tried it once when i just wanted to be thin; this led to either not eating anything or only eating when i knew i could later, ahem, get rid of it. it also happened after i’d started cutting and this all made that worse and it was just a cycle. after only a week or so of this and i’d lost so much weight, i was amazed that everyone who wanted to lose weight didn’t do it, because it was just so easy.
  what it is is gross and even less healthy than starvation, made me dislike myself more for ever doing it, lost hours of my time to it, etc.
  however this got completely out of hand. i would do it once a week or so mainly after hanging out with my friends over the weekend, where i’d eat more junk you know. but eventually it got so bad that at some point i was doing it every day, 2 or 3 times a day. and it sounds weird unless you’ve really experienced it but you CAN NOT STOP.
  i don’t rememebr exactly how i stopped; it was probably me going off to summer camp or something.
  i then continued to eat like that, just forced myself to not puke, resulting in a summer weight gain of 20 pounds, which was not fun.
  i am now working on losing that all over again but this time, with a healthy balanced diet and regular excersize, and it’s been working great, and i feel great.
  rockstaw, i would seriously suggest you review your diet and make sure you are eating the right sort of things and enough of it and pairing it with excersize. it sounds like you got hungry after a while on a too-restrictive diet. this could lead to bulimia if you aren’t careful, and you do nOt want that.

  it will go away. don’t worry about it wait a couple days and you’ll be back to normal. i know what the scare of OD is like… once i though i was ODing on laxatives (ways to become bulimic without the puking i guess?) but it was actually my diet pills. over 2200 mg of caffeine (people have been hospitalized for 2000. i DO have a high tolerance though). i just ended up running to keep myself nEEDing for my heart to beat that fast so i wouldn’t just be lying there and my heart beating that fast. it WAS scary. turned out fine though.
