Muscular development and dieting… posted (5 years, 5 months) ago
YES this is probably an obvious question….but for some reason i never find any obvious answer…
I was wondering if it was possible to build great size of muscle through pull-ups/chin-ups or other calisthenic exercises? posted (5 years, 5 months) ago

can u join the military? i dont know how it works in the UK…but my dad was pretty deadbeat until he joined the US army. he’s been in for 3 years and id say his life is well organized now. i mean he can take trips overseas and pay me child support…and take me out to eat every week if i lived with him.
im sure ur not deadbeat either. at least u have 2 legs to walk, a mouth to talk…u mentioned that already.
focus on YOU before u get to a girlfriend…u know this already…but imagine how nice itll be when u see yourself a year from now with what? a better body? more debts paid off?
personally ive found a girlfriend easily tags along in pursuit of your personal endeavors. granted, it may be a struggle at times, but isnt anything worth while? i was depressed at one time…so i just worked my *** off for no real reason - until 6 months later i decided to go to university in australia.
its been more than a year since my depression and FINALLY im leaving in 2 weeks.
please…if u think about taking your own life…rather give it up to something else that could honestly use it. AND i dont mean DEATH - but the contrary.

i thought about buying an adjustable set…it might save me time and money in the long run. i have routines and im pretty comfortable with weightlifting, but im no pro (obviously), its just about the most effecient equipment possible i guess.
seems like this is a really obvious question too…
i just havent met anyone with a fantastic body who has only used a set of dumbells and calisthenic exercises. (im sure there are people out there….id like to talk to them!)
