  to be honest he says he wouldnt talk to you again but he would. you cant worry about him you need to focus on yourself, live your life. one day at a time hang out with friends, and do activities that take your mind off of him. i have watched friends lives go down the drain because they obsessed over an ex, an ex who treated them bad and made them sad, they have lost there jobs, failed out of college ect. its horrible. you just have to remember if he is dating others, then hes not into you, as harsh as that seems thats the truth, hes a dog and you deserve better.
  start by blocking him on myspace, aim ect. for once dont pick up the phone for him when he calls, take controll your young!!!!! you can do it dont waste your time with someone who will treat you like that. i have also had my share of dog men, one i thought was the one and lied all the time i didnt want to believe my friends, until he told me and it was so hard but so gad i did b/c he wasnt worth it he is now divorced and miserable and i am happily married so karma came back around!

  my friend is the same way and she gets anxiety when she knows it needs to get done
  you need to get organized and do things the moment it is presented to you and you wont feel like this.
  as for the seclusion part just walk out with your head high and be confident, i am sure you can do it
