Force yourself to smile. It’s proven that if you tell yourself that you’re in a good mood, even when you know you aren’t, you can be. I’m not sure how well that works if you’re on meds. Smile smile smile!!

Life sucks. Look at the post about quotes that make you get out of bed in the morning. Good stuff :)
So I’ve had some bad stuff happen lately and I know exactly what you mean… I talk to people and hope that I didn’t hurt the guy too bad…
And cry a lot. But the quote thing might really help. If you don’t get to it, my favorite is “Sometimes we just need to take a step back and realize what we have isn’t all that bad.”

Yeah. I do. I make lunches every Saturday and distribute them to about 200 people in the projects. I volunteer at a soup kitchen. I donate/help fold/distribute clothes whenever I can. I give money to church every Sunday. I still feel like I need to do more.
