  yeh i agree with hopeless
  if you feel like you want to die sometimes, i strongly sugesst that you go to a councilller (if your still in school you can get one for free) and if you cant go to a counciller please go a doctor and talk to them.. they canand will help, there s medicne that can be given to bi-polar people (if thats what you are) which can help.
  
  And in the meantime i sugeest that you keep close friends around you and bulid up a support group that you can go to if you feel bad…
  Also have numbers of acengies like childline at hand which you can call when you get a bad momet as this will help you to feel like you are not alone, which you are not at all.
  
  Concerte on your happy moments and try to be doing something when you are having a bad moment or if your not do something consertavive like fr instance having a relaxing bath or playing with an animal this will help you to keep your mind of wanting to hurt yourself.
  
  I hope theses ideas help and never forget that we on help.com are here if you ever want to talk and we willl try our best to help (the clues in the name!) luv xx
