Ok - I have checked with the Admin. They have looked in to this case and deemed this advertising to be not helpful. In order to advertise some thing is needs to be helpful to the site. We would ask again that you do not advertise this product on help.com.
As for the FAQ and TOS confusion thank you for higlighting this problem. We currently have people in-house checking this out and will amend it as needed.
