  In the first line of your post (except the girlfriend), nothing matters much. What’s all that worth if it doesn’t make you happy? Take some time to think what would really make you turn your life around, think of sth different, unexpected. Suddenly go on a trip to somewhere new, get a new hobbby, spend less time earning.
  You feel like life isn’t worth it, that’s because you’re not doing what’s worth it.
