  Once a woman learns to honor and love herself she’ll not NEED the attention of a man. I choose my words carefully… I said NEED. Yes, I know you desire a wonderful relationship with a man and thats fine!
  
  Yes, having a mutually loving relationship is very fulfilling! My suggestion… is don’t waste your time with someone who is ‘playing games’ already! Finding a man who will respect, love and honor you is what you deserve!
  I know you deserve the very best that life has to offer! We all do! Don’t settle!
  
  
  Once you decide that you are worthy of an incredible relationship with an honest loving man, you WILL attract it. First step…. LOVE YOURSELF!

  Congratulations on your new job. Instead of dwelling on the negatives of life with sister. Think positive… You have a new job. You have a place to lay your head. And, soon you’ll be able to get a place of your own.
  
  Imagine your stay with your sister as being great! See your relationship filled with peace, love and harmony!
  
  Remember, to show appreciation to your sister… She will lighten up if she knows you are greatful!

• To start, I’d like to say I never thought I’d be writing this about him.
  

  After years of an abusive relationship… My husband left me and I cried. What I didn’t know then was that it was a BLESSING!
  
  Even after I was ridiculed, humilated verbally and physically abused I still wanted him back! I thought I had to fix him, I didn’t want to be alone! I went to a Woman’s abuse shelter and support group and it helped, but in the end it was the realization that if I loved myself above all else I could get through!
  
  I pray that you find your inner strength to love yourself and follow your inner guidance! Ask yourself: “Would you want this relationship for your own children?”
  Unfortunately, I have learned that ABUSERS always apologize eventually… It’s part of the control pattern.
  
  Here’s a suggestion my Minister taught me:
  
  Look in the Mirror
  Seriously tell yourself, “I Love You!”
  Then say, “I forgive you!”
  
  Say It… Over and over…. Everyday! Saying, I LOVE YOU is obvious, but the I FORGIVE YOU??? I asked Rev. Jananda “WHY? Forgive myself for what?” He said, “Forgive yourself for everything and anything….. It doesn’t matter! Everyone, especially woman berate themselves. Our whole life we feel we aren’t good enough, thin enough, smart enough, or we should have been a better wife, Mother, daughter, friend, etc…. So many woman are guilty of wearing the burdens of the world on their shoulders and carry them around a lifetime of guilt!
  
  So, Love and FORGIVE yourself!
