  As for your relaxation problem Jen, it may be advisable to sit in your room alone. I try to either sit with closed eyes and stretch, or sit and focus on something I love to do and then think of doing it or improving upon it. For example, I use inline skating or sometimes somewhere beautiful I have been. Then I run the images in my head like a video.

  Write something basic about the donut, then just use a thesaurus to find like words or google keywords and find something else similar.

  Maybe a trip to dunkin donuts will cure writers block. Otherwise, try starting more simple in your approach. Donuts are round and soft….what else is round and soft? A cloud or a pillow? Maybe reading thru some romantic poets….Pablo Neruda is great with words! Check him out for some illiterations
