  As for your relaxation problem Jen, it may be advisable to sit in your room alone. I try to either sit with closed eyes and stretch, or sit and focus on something I love to do and then think of doing it or improving upon it. For example, I use inline skating or sometimes somewhere beautiful I have been. Then I run the images in my head like a video.

  That book is a little boring…well the audio version is. I think item one in the kit will be a weapon. Then I probably need canned goods and a lot of camping supplies, anti-zombie spray and stuff.

  What I like to do in these situations in find a hobby I love, it is usually best for me to find a new hobby I can love. I just focus on that hobby and getting better and enjoying it for myself. It takes my mind off of everything else bad, while bettering myself. Something in the sports/exercise field helps relieve stress too!
