  thing is, it all very confusing. I had a girl friend at the age of 16 and on everal occasions we slept together. But whilst i was at home i’d use gay websites.

  well, bearing in mind it’s been going on since the end of march, and what i mean by that is, they’ve been spending a lot of time together, but meely at school, over the 6 week holiday they just spoke over the phone. and didnt meet up. Let this be a lesson to you :P NEVER get involved with a student.
  she’s become so torn about what to do. and he’s running the risk of losing his job, his career, and if they do ever have sex before its legal, his life.
  thanks for all your help. none of us really knew what to do. but for now im just gonna let her know that im not gonna run and grab my pitch fork like the others seem to have.
  I just can’t imagine being in her situation. i’ve had her in tears because the idea that he’ll leave and potentially ruin our last year of education is killing her and its something she didnt consider when they started this thing up.
  now, it doesn’t effect me that much. there are a couple of people, 2 quite close friends of hers (as am i) that have got very very worked up about it. i just think the consequences of telling the head are going to devastate our year at school, her, the teacher (whom, to be honest, i dont think deserves it) i havent mentioned that he left his fiancee and daughter of 10 months, and has been very lonely. I cant strees enough how he didnt leave his fiancee and daughter for this girl. When i do talk to him on monday, for the welfare of my education, but even more so for her, ive got so much to ask him. and so much to tell him too. Like how stupid he is.
  dearry me. and whats worse is that when she left our group to meet him last night (un be known to us what she was doing) we were celebrating our friends 18th! so when everyone went to find her and saw who she’d met, it ruined her birthday night out.

  well it all kicked off in town last night, she decided to meet up with him so he knows that we know, and he wants to talk to us 8 about it on the next day of school, monday.
  And the innocence is there, i know that. and they are both seriously talking about what they are going to do, she’s leaving anyway, he’s considering resigning. but its right at the start of my classes final year at school. if anyone ws to tell the head im sure he would be removed from the school, possibly removed from the teaching career all together?
  and that would benefit no one.
  So in the future, once she’s left, and shes no longer his pupil, and after she’s turned 18. is there any reason why what they are doing is wrong?

  Well it’s frowned upon. But i just need to find out the scale.
  The teachers a 6th form teacher, and so for a teacher he can’t have sexual contact with anyone under the age of 18, not 16, and so he can’t with any pupils.
  But i know it hasn’t come to that in this situation im thinking of.
  Basically, a relationship has come to light, 8 of us now know this “relationship” is in play.
  We know there’s no sexual contact going on, it’s just a relationship that’s got very close. she’ll be leaving soon because our school can’t offer her the course she wants so she’ll be going to another school. But at the moment, people that know are considering telling the head teacher.
  Personally i think it, at the moment is harmless, although i don’t support the notion at all. But i want to find whether what they’re doing is illegal. and what sort of punishment he will go through if people found out.
