Hi, my name is Maria. I am a single mother and i am currently living in Lake Park, Florida. I was in a car accident on October 30th, 2007.About a week after i lost my job i had as a Medical Assistant. The same week i was moving out of a project housing in the ghetto.I wanted my daughter to grow up in something better than that neighborhood.I moved in a brand new 1 bedroom apartment based on the income i was making at my job. Well, unfortunately i didn’t have any money saved. I had already basically moved out of the project housing and my first month rent was due december 1st. I found a angency that helped me pay my first month. Well, now janurary is due. i gave the leasing office a letter stating that i would pay them by jan 31. my lights are going to get clipped in a couple of days and also they repossessed my car on christmas night. I am very limited not to mention injured. my boyfriend didn’t have any license nor did i have any insurance. it happened inside of a car dealership and now they are saying that my boyfriend was speeding thru to avoid the traffic light.the lawyer is waiting on the tape from the cameras to prove that isn’t true. the lawyer said its going to be a tough one..so i wont see any money from there any time soon. i have walked and applied to every store close to my apartment. I don’t know what to do. I have no money. My mom gets disability and she only able to provide like 5 dollars here and there. luckily i recieve food stamps for my three year old daughter or we wouldn’t be eating. Im waitng for my W2 Form to come in the mail but i don’t know if it will get here in time or if my taxes will even be enough. Im scared, and i don’t know if i am going to be sleeping under a bridge with my daughter or not. Please somebody help me..Please..anything will help, i’m not a greedy person.
