The absolute minimum Ubuntu installation provides only a command-line interface and installs very few packages. You can add additional packages and a graphical interface manually.

Or you could learn how to make them yourself.

With facebook games the way to cheat is to get an .exe that patches the flash or java element of your firefox/explorer/whatever browser. I only know about the ones for Restaurant City.
