  You have 4 months before anything severe happens typically. You should check out your state/county website regarding foreclosure process. Also you need to call your mortgage servicer and try to work with them if you cant make your payments and want to stay in your home.
  Also go to the HUD website, they have helpful information: www.hud.gov

  I think he blames me because he doesnt want to blame himself. Or because I am the only one here. I have encouraged him to do things, to go to a hockey game, etc with his friends and there is only crickets chirping in the background.
  I would love to have a get together for him BUT then he would think I am doing it to control him or something stupid like that.
  I do have more things to occupy ME. I have my 5 yr old, my job and a house to take care of. But I am really trying to focus on ME so I can be better at taking care of MY life. Sometimes I guess we have to suck it up and move on.
  My sisters are taking me out for the 3-0 birthday lunch on Saturday which I am looking forward to. So I guess it wont be a flop after all. : )

  My birthday is next week and I have told him that I wanted to go out and do something. He has not taken any initiative to set up plans. I am not the type that expects a huge romantic evening out. I would just like us to go out and have fun like we did prior to all of this. I suggested going out for dinner and movie. Or going to the casino, which I never go. My sis even offered to watch my daughter for me.
  That is another thing I have a 5 yr old and she loves him. I wish he would spend more time doing things with her. I know he loves and cares for her, but sometimes he is in his shell too much.
  Unfortunately he doesnt really have contact with his guy friends. He isolated himself from them when he got injured. Yet he blames me, which is totally not fair. That totally pisses me off that be blames me for it. I never said a word about his friends. All of his friends were thru work, and there was never any probs with them.
