What other people think about you doesn’t matter…the way you feel about yourself is the trigger to your anger. If you had a good self concept you would feel sorry for people like the woman who made crude remarks…because she is obviously a *****. You have to discover yourself and your good points so those people won’t affect you. When you display anger…cussing and showing a side that was not pretty, you are only proving to her that her concept of you was correct. You let those people win when you give them what they want…instead…deprive them by smiling as you walk by. Worse…wish them a good day…it will totally blow their minds.

could have been the position you had sex in…sometimes hormones flare up when you ovulate and you can spot…but I had ovarian cysts and had the same symptoms…so check with your DR…especially if it continues.

you have to decide how you want to live your life…painfully shy…or a little more social. It doesn’t take alot to put yourself out there a little. start small with joining a group of something…choir…chess…art club…being a part of something larger than yourself helps to open you up to the fact that you do have opinions and things you say matter. With confidence will come a feeling of wanting to be more outgoing. You don’t have to be a public speaker…but it could work out to that.!!!

it takes two people to fight…if you just listen…occaisionally say..”so?” there isn’t alot she could do. You have to realize it isn’t that she is fighting WITH you but AT you…you must be her whipping post. Tell her that you would love to have a rational conversation, but otherwise she will have to learn to speak to you in a respectful manner if she wants to remain your friend.

even though you try…you can not fix her. She has to fix her own problems. If you can love her in SPITE of her problems then go for it…but don’t create a fantasy world where you make her all better and you live happily ever after.

love is a disease…an absence of neural snapse transmitting data directly to the cortex of the brain…instead data if re-routed to the pleasure centers of the brain where it is useless.

I think everyone is a little schitzoid…being one person at work and another at home…it’s sort of the same thing. As long as these personalities don’t become so separate they each have lives of their own…as long as they remain integrated within you…you aren’t any crazier that anyone else walking around.

one day at a time…go to bed…get up…eat…get dressed…exist until something sparks a bit of life within you and it all begins again.
