Trust me your talking to a bi polar add ocd crazed hypochondriac, I have been on everything and the one thing I learned was there are certain things I can control without the medication and others I cannot, my panic attacks will get worse if I don’t get on some type of medication soon and not to worry I don’t get addicted to pills or any drug, never have and never will well other than smoking.
i feel ya. i mean, you know yourself much better than i do obviously. but smoking.. are you talking about cigarettes or weed?
2009-11-09 20:46:09 on What is your opinion on child leashes?

do your own self a favor and stop believing all the ******** i>you see /i> in the news. a person of any age is at a higher risk of being struck by lightning than get kidnapped. fear sells sasha, and news stations know that better than anyone else. i mean yeah, teach kids not to get in cars with strangers and to not take candy from people they dont know and stuff like that. but dont have them believe that they are in constant danger. thats just ******* ridiculous. news stations and movies are seriously starting to take their toll on society… its a **** shame
i know you are worried about your job, but your medical health is as important!
i think you should take a small bathroom break when you do get the attack and the brown bag really does work..
the fear of losing your job is also adding to the attack
this really needs medication to suppress, im sorry
but till then try and do the brown bag, and try and think of happy things. Try as hard as you can and think of something different and happy :)
also deep breathing to calm yourself, as mentioned by others, will help you for the week
im going to have to disagree. i dont think medication is appropriate for anyone, unless they’re responsible for children and they cant control their behavior. kathryn, you’re way too young to get addicted to xanax or klonopin or something. once you start a regular regimen then your stuck. benzos are more addictive than heroine, mentally and physically. and once you get used to the effect you need more and more. by the time you get up to 2-3 milligrams a day you literally turn into a robot.. no fears no emotion, no excitement. continue with talk therapy, eat healthy, exercise and watch the movie yes man. pretty much all mental stress disorders can be managed and overcome without the assistance of drugs.
2009-11-09 20:22:24 on What is your opinion on child leashes?
i admit the fact that i’ve never had to care for a child, or been worried sick when a little toddler disappears under a clothes rack at jc pennies. but i still am not convinced that they’re such a good idea. the parents that hook their kids to a rope any time they go in a public place are the same parents that have the irrational fear of stranger danger, which is complete nonsense. it can have detrimental effects on a kids mental health, growing up thinking that every old man wearing a dark shaded sweat suit is out to get them. kids need to learn a balance of fear and trust during their first 4-5 years of life, not just fear. and if your kid is prone to run out in the street then hold his/her had as you pass by, not only will it keep them out of harms way but it will help your relationship blossom even further.

when it happens, just try to breathe slowly through your nose, and i would recommend not isolating yourself (like going to the bathroom or something similar. doing that can sometimes make it worse.) good luck though, and remember to just take life a minute at a time.

i think it’s really funny to see a little kid running around on a leash.
2009-11-09 19:45:20 on can you dig this song?
I REALLY really like it. i love the tune please god keep it coming. you have talent, sir, and that is a fact!! :D
thank you for the kind words, im really glad you liked it. and i’ll certainly try to keep writing and recording and all that
2009-11-09 16:26:52 on can you dig this song?
The melody was good but I couldn’t hear any vocals. Was there singing all the way through or was it just music? Cos I could only hear music… I listened to the other tract too, very chilled :)
yea, theres vocals at the beginning and end of the song. not words though, just “ahh’s”. i might add some lyrics later on down the road, but for now it will stay instrumental.
Hey, I really like the song, in fact, the other one too!! They’re nice and calming… (:
I’ve got no complaints, maybe I’ll realize that something wasn’t good if you change it for better- you said that you’ll add drums and piano and stuff, so… I hope to hear that soon :D
Oh yeah, about the vocals- I don’t think they’re too loud, maybe even opposite.
thanks man, i really appreciate it. we’re going to add drums some time this week, and piano and bass when my friends come in for thanksgiving. so i’ll try to post the progress as it changes.
2009-11-09 09:12:44 on can you dig this song?
its cool man, no worries.
2009-11-09 03:50:29 on i feel like people are always out to get me and laughing at me
first of all, stop smoking weed for at least 4 months. i promise it will go a long way
2009-11-09 03:43:08 on Soo get this….
seriously.. cash back owns compared everything else thats been mentioned
2009-11-09 03:39:46 on sometimes it’s like im in purgatory..
actually, you dont have a future.
future is an illusion, tomorrow is done.
all youve got is now, really.
so your purgatory is your reality.
i can dig your approach. and i realize that my future is in a certain perspective out of my control or grasp. i guess im just impatient for times to come, future reality. it’s like saying a prisoner on death row can feel the same vibe a month, year or decade ahead of his last meal. not that im comparing myself to a prisoner, its just.. no one can foretell their future on a surreal/unknown basis. we’ve all got this moment in time to decrypt actuality, be it what it will.
2009-11-08 22:19:24 on Soo get this….
i wouldn’t consider it a romance movie to the t, but “cash back” is a freaking awesome british movie that you’ll totally dig. trust me. http://thepiratebay.org/torrent/44730…
