believe me ive been trying to face my fears! ive been trying not to listen to the destructive self-talk…sometimes i succeed but always go back to my nature (FEARFUL!) . what kills me is that in class a lot of times i know the answer but i dont speak! i keep my lips sealed! so the prof. doesnt notice me!
