Confidence will get you a LOT further. You could look like “crap” and be confident, and people will definitely notice and be attracted to that confidence.

Ok first off it seems like you’re really young and have your whole life ahead of you to still dance… but secondly, this is what I do. I tell myself that everything in life happens for a reason (whether you know it now, or later) and that there is a lesson to be learned from all mistakes. Instead of regretting what you didn’t do, analyze what you did do, and next time do it better. You can’t change the past, so there is no sense in dwelling on it… in that regard you also cannot predict the future. Continue being grateful that you’ve found your talent and continue working hard at it. Think about this… maybe if you had continued to do dance instead of soccer you may have had this freak dance accident and broken your leg so badly you could never dance on it again… I’m just saying! You never know what would have happened had you continued…maybe you would have danced so much you got sick of dancing… maybe not, and you will NEVER know. What you do know is that you love it…so keep loving it. Learn from your experiences and grow from your mistakes. It will only make you stronger. NO REGRETS! :)

Not telling him would be a very selfish thing of you to do. This guy can possibly go to jail and ruin his entire life for being with you. Unfortunately you need to muster up the courage to tell him… but actually, you shouldn’t even be with him even if you were 16…
