hello K, this isn’t spam, it’s about help.com and some problems and ideas. look at my post “what do you think would be some good features here on help.com?” and there are some really good suggestions in there.

So, will we ever be able to change our avatars again? I’m guessing the current situation is because some people or some “one” was impersonating other users …

Hello. I would like you to take a look at a report I filed earlier. Chat approx 18:15? I am concerned that deliberate harassment of an individual has been going on, to the extent of wilful “hijacking” of that person’s posts and insulting and unjustifiable remarks in chat. This kind of “ganging up” is doing the site no favours. Many thanks x
