  If I were the final say I would definetly make it legal. The only negative thing I can think of(other then it does tend to make you lazy) is that if you get caught with it you are going to get into trouble possible jail time getting a record ruining your life ect but the second one can COMPLETELY be changed. I think the reason they dont make it legal is because it would be hard to tax.
  It would save us MILLIONS if we legalized it and all that money could go twords somthing a lot more serious like twords the health care thing.
  
  
  I would bet money if everyone in the united states could vote weather or not to legalize it, it would get legalized but since we live in a country were the voice of the people doesnt really matter in all honesty. The voteing for a representative thing is pretty much pointless seeing as they will tell you things you want to hear during the election and then revert to their true intentions(money) once they fool you into voteing for them.

  connect your camra & computer useing a USB cord. Or if you have a memory card and your computer has a memory card slot all you do it slip your memory card into the slot and it will auto upload.

  It can make your hair feel and seem dry. When your getting highlights you are basicaly bleaching your hair for a certain amount of time to get the color you want. So yes it can damage your hair, but it will look awesome ;)
  
  
  P.S) If this is your first time ever getting them, you need to get a professional to do it for you. I got my highlights re-done 2 nights ago and I allways have it done professionaly and they can tell you weather or not your hair can handle it or not.
