  The thing is its with a collection agency and so mycousin is suing for the whole amt. but the agency wiill settle for that amt 6000.00 that is. i have tried come up with an agreement but he is not going for it.

  I am being sued for 18000 on a car i had which met in an accident was niot my fault but at the time my insi=urance was cnc .the loan was sent to arrow financials as collections.my cousins is suing for the loan as he helped to co sign. arrow financial is willing to settle for 6000.00 once i pay them they will send a letter of release and it would be removed from me and my cousin as bing paid off. but i cant come up with the 6000.00 i am willing to pay back at high interest rate i jy=ust need help so i can pay the 6000.00 so i wont be sued for 18000.
