Let me know what you think about that. also someone said you are going to fast for life, I agree, Im a complete lazy loser compared to you when it comes to activities . Your looking for alternatives or something to get rid of these urges etc.. Honey, the only Permanent solution is to do what your body is telling you to do. I have deleted your reply with the e-mail address in it. You really don’t want the whole world to have it do you? There is a much safer way to give your e-mail to a friend here. On your friends list there is little envelopes next to their names, click on it and that user can then contact you. Never give out your e-mail to the general population, it’s for your own safety.

I found how to check the privacy settings. You can go to Edit my AIM settings. The go to the privacy tab
