well, the mod here told me CBS took over this site and it went downhill. And, the mod was very civil and mature in the comments made. Live with that…

believe me Bear, don’t come here anymore because of the combative atmosphere here. The negative comment on a post from a mod here that was over a year old, proves my case.

bottomline, just not a fun place to come too anymore…so devisive and negative…

anyway, we will always be friends and at one time, we had a lot of fun here. Remember Electron4000…she was a hoot.

know you don’t want to get into this comment Bear, but it is hard to believe the people that Cnet allows to fun this site. It is shameful…but, i don’t have a “dog in this race,” just stop here occasionally to say hello to old friends. Just a negative comment on one of my post that is over a year old from a mod here. Not going mention names, not worth my time.

We’ve set up a new website for Moderators, currently run by me but every body will have a part. We will be working on rules for chat room, procedures, Moderator help and listing who was banned and why. All sorts.

I love the new plastic bags that disintegrate like a leaf into the ground, as well as the nice reusable cloth bags.
That would be nice if they could make transit low-cost or even free. I guess it all comes down to how to gain revenue and how to spend it.

I’m thinking about a Masters in Counselling, but not exactly sure. I found out recently that many counsellors are also activists :), so that’s a plus.

You know you are right… Papa bear this was the fifth suicidal post I was on .. I was up until 4:00 AM last night trying my best, with all I had to prevent an actual suicide, which I could say mission accomplished…. I treated the young lady as if she was my daughter.. Then there was the young man who was going to call it quits at a set time.. Then Two more after that.. You could track my responses if you would like…I guess I was sooo maxed out on suicide I went in poor taste and tried humor.. Wrong, wrong, and having some sleep and realizing what I actually said, I agree, I was off and an apology is needed….The fact is I truly care and that is why I dont need to be popular on these posts, but truly want to be available to those in need of someone…I had a real hard life, and my experiences in life as a life coach, and as a person who shares a stage I need to be a little more thoughtful to anyone who may or may be desperate…I am on the same page as you, papa bear and had I been a moderator I would have done the same as you…Sometimes the best way to personal growth is a scolding from ones peers.. With this I give you an apology, I am sorry for the inapproate responce, to a desperate post
